MNet Woes

Hi Everybody,

I was argued with MNet (Minnesota Non-Emergency Transportation). They asked me take the city bus to clinic, I told no, it's problem with snowbank cannot use the lift equipped buses at bus stops. I want to set up a Medic Bus ride to the clinic much easier for me. My TTY paper very lenghtly about 1 hour filled up. Finally reps transferred to the supervisor and supervisor put the notes on my transportation account to warn all reps.
