WiFi Fk'd up

Sh*t, my wifi fk'd up in my apt after the videophone tech came. I removed the network ID off from my Imac after removed the Dlink wifi router.

He replaced with new Cisco Wifi router, He uses his lappy computer for setting up and everything looks good.

I added the network ID for cisco router on my Imac. Videophone resetted it,  get new router IP address and etc.

An hour later he's done and left. I come back to my Imac to look at the website, it's really SLOW like act as 3 or 5 Mbps. I checked the DNS on my Imac I says WTF? 3 DNS addresses! That was Cisco Wifi router screwy around!.

I decided take it back old way. I removed the network ID again, replaced with old Dlink wifi router back in, resetting the modem and videophone.

I go back to my Imac to look at the Wifi list come back in, I added the network ID for Dlink router. Finally it's back! DNS only 1 IP that much better,  it's seem better now.

I don't like Cisco Wifi router that was LinkSys merged with Cisco...

Returned back to Blog Box...
