Neighborhood Black Out

Oh boy, I was on the MTA train after shopping today (they have back-up generator). Once I arrived into my neighborhood, traffic light, bldgs and etc are all black-out. My home also black out too. I enjoy warm outside and nice day. About an hour later the power finally back on, booting my lappy, videophone and etc..
